Twenty minutes. Bring last quarter's numbers.
Tell us what's sitting in the queue and we'll work through what it's costing you. If the honest answer is that you don't need us yet, we'll say so — it's a short call and you'll have your afternoon back.
What's sitting in the queue?
A reply within one business day, from Australia, from a person who's read it.
Four questions, in this order.
- What's late right now? Not what your process says — what's sitting in a queue this week.
- How many days does that actually need? Often the answer is two, not five. We'd rather right-size it than oversell you.
- Who's doing it? If the honest answer is "an adviser", that's where the money is.
- What does finished look like? If your practice can't describe a finished document, outsourcing tends to spread the inconsistency. Better to know now.
- What's it worth to fix? We work through your support hours together. What you take away is yours either way.
